A ThetaHealing® Session is a gentle, yet powerful transformative experience which involves identifying hidden limiting beliefs held in the subconscious mind and using the ThetaHealing® Technique and guided meditation to gently release and replace them with beneficial ones. After a session, one may feel relaxed, a certain lightness, like a heavy load has been lifted, and an energy shift. Sessions are available in person, by phone, and virtual (online).
