This workshop will focus on the importance of the Expanding Out Meditation and its important role in more advanced ThetaHealing classes such as DNA 3, Planes of Existence 1 and 2, and DNA 4. In this workshop, we will practice the Expanding Out Meditation and the RoadMap Meditation. We will also break into practice groups and practice guiding each other through both meditations.
